Spa Operations Manager

Glo is a growing medical spa with two thriving locations in Dieppe and Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Our team of skilled providers delivers exceptional aesthetic care, and our clients trust us to make every visit feel effortless. We are looking for the person who makes that happen behind the scenes.

We are hiring a Spa Operations Manager to lead day to day operations across both locations. You will be based primarily in Dieppe, with weekly travel to our Quispamsis clinic. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who loves building strong teams, smooth systems, and a client experience that keeps people coming back.

What You Will Do

•      Lead and support the teams at both locations, including providers and administrative staff

•      Own scheduling, vacation approvals, and day to day workflow at each clinic

•      Monitor bookings, retail sales, and key performance indicators, and report on results

•      Manage inventory and retail operations

•      Coach team members, manage performance, and build a positive team culture

•      Champion the client experience and step in personally when service recovery is needed

•      Keep policies, documentation, and standards consistent across both locations

•      Spot inefficiencies and fix them

What You Bring

•      Proven experience supervising a team, including coaching and performance management

•      Strong business sense, with comfort around budgets, KPIs, and retail sales

•      Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

•      Professionalism, discretion, and sound independent judgment

•      Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting is a strong asset

•      Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset

•      A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel weekly between Dieppe and Quispamsis
