JMC HR Consulting is proud to partner with Dr. Howley’s clinic, Glo, in the search for a skilled Medical Aesthetician, or an Esthetician eager to expand into the medical side, to join their state-of-the-art space. Glo offers clients personalized, gold-standard non-surgical facial treatments in a relaxing, spa-like environment designed to help people look and feel their best.
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a client-focused Medical Aesthetician to deliver exceptional treatment experiences, support patient confidence and well-being, and contribute to the success of a high-performing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide non-surgical facial treatments and medical-grade esthetic services with precision and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences with a professional, approachable, and empathetic manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
- Support patients with education on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care
- Work collaboratively with the Glo team to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance offerings and skills
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics or a related field (preferred)
- Training or willingness to train in medical aesthetics is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Professional, team-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Quispamsis, NB

COMPENSATION: $19/hr - $24/hr
WORKING CONSIDERATIONS:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Quispamsis, NB. Candidates should have reliable transportation or plan to relocate before starting work.
