This is a remote position that can be based in British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Ontario.


Overview

Luminultra is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop its Inside Sales team while driving revenue growth across its portfolio of products and services.


This role combines sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will coach and support a team of sales professionals, drive performance, and help identify new opportunities to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
  • Recruit, onboard, and support new team members
  • Establish and monitor individual and team sales goals
  • Drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives
  • Leverage CRM data and sales metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing and other internal teams to support business development efforts
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and customer experience
  • Travel occasionally as required (approximately 10-15%)


Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within an inside sales environment
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales performance metrics
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 CAD
