Our client, FundyPros Specialty Construction, is currently seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join their team in Dieppe, New Brunswick. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines office work with regular job-site presence across multiple locations.

OVERVIEW
The Resource Manager is responsible for scheduling, deploying, developing, and overseeing the performance of FundyPros' Installer team across multiple active project sites. This is a people-first leadership role that blends workforce planning with hands-on visibility, requiring someone who can think strategically, show up on the ground, and build a team culture grounded in quality and accountability.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
- Collaborate with Site Supervisors to schedule and deploy Installers in alignment with project demands and timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date workforce database tracking skills, certifications, and safety training.
- Lead Installer recruitment and onboarding in partnership with the Human Resources team.
- Deliver timely coaching, performance feedback, and development support to drive quality and productivity.
- Identify and implement training opportunities to upskill the workforce and strengthen team performance.
- Monitor workforce metrics including productivity, retention, engagement, and quality; report findings to senior leadership.
- Foster strong cross-team relationships and contribute to a positive employee experience across all sites.
- Uphold safety standards at all work sites and ensure full compliance with PPE and training requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, workforce planning, or resource management.
- Strong working knowledge of construction trades, scopes of work, and project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership in employee development and team performance management.
- Experience using workforce planning tools and interpreting performance data.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
