The Opportunity
Four Seasons Sunrooms-GTA is seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving installation and service environment. In this role, you’ll lead the workflow from order through installation, ensuring each project is planned well, communicated clearly, and executed with craftsmanship and care.
This is primarily an office-based role (approx. 80% office / up to 20% site visits) supporting delivery across multiple concurrent installations. This role also includes direct people leadership, overseeing a small internal team supporting day-to-day project execution.
You’ll oversee scheduling, field coordination, subcontractors, materials readiness, jobsite safety, and customer communication throughout the process. When challenges arise, you’ll steady the team, problem-solve in real time, and keep the work moving forward.
This is a hands-on leadership role with visible impact on both customer experience and operational results.
What You’ll Lead
- Own the full end-to-end production and installation schedule to keep jobs on track.
- Lead, coach and support installation crews and field staff; reinforce teamwork, accountability and pride in workmanship.
- Review project details prior to scheduling; ensure materials, labour and site readiness.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling or on-site challenges in real time.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor and uphold safety practices and compliance across job sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, workflow, communication and customer experience
Who You Are
- A steady, solutions-oriented leader who communicates clearly and follows through.
- Comfortable working between office planning and on-site coordination.
- Confident making decisions and adjusting plans as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or custom home / design build environments, with exposure to multi project coordination or project leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or operational leadership role with direct responsibility for team leadership, overseeing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and supporting site leadership such as a Construction Manager or Site Supervisor and other operational support roles
- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent residential construction projects ranging from $50K to $1M
- Strong skills in project planning and scheduling, cost control, and field coordination
- Strong leadership presence and operational maturity, with the ability to anticipate risks and keep multiple projects progressing with consistency and accountability
- Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and residential permitting processes, with the ability to support teams and resolve issues (not day to day site enforcement)
- Proficiency with project management or ERP tools (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Monday, or similar)
- Comfort working in a primarily office based role with periodic site visits (approximately 20%)
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across projects and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel across the GTA
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Why Join Four Seasons Sunrooms-GTA
- Competitive base salary and bonus program
- Opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus based on individual contributions and overall company performance
- Health and dental benefits
- Opportunity to play a key role in improving operational consistency, processes, and execution as the business grows
- Opportunity to grow with the organization as it continues to scale, with potential for longer-term career progression
- Work with a respected, established brand offering premium solutions that homeowners genuinely value
- Collaborative, family-oriented culture with an engaged, hands-on leadership team
