Due to continued growth, Berg is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to gain exposure to digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial operations within a highly technical and growth-focused organization.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and publish engaging content across multiple channels including the company website, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and project profiles.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Create SEO-optimized content to improve website traffic, search visibility, and conversion opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain regular reporting and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging, positioning, and tone across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate content development, reviews, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Support the development and maintenance of the marketing content calendar.
- Manage and execute Berg's customer satisfaction survey program.
- Maintain CRM data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assist with customer profiling, lead qualification, and sales support activities.
- Support the creation and enhancement of customer-facing sales materials and documentation.
- Help improve coordination between sales and operations, including supporting information flow between CRM and ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing, sales, and operational processes and assist with implementation.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and service providers to support marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills with the ability to communicate effectively to technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress (or similar CMS platforms), and SEO tools such as SEMrush or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and systems.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is considered an asset.
- Experience with Canva, graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
