Construction Site Manager – High-End Interiors (Hospitality)

The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical Site Manager role.

This is for someone who knows what it takes to deliver high-end restaurant, bar, and hospitality interiors - where timelines are tight, details matter, and there’s nowhere to hide.

We’re working with a well-established, design-forward construction firm specializing in premium hospitality build-outs across Toronto. Their work speaks for itself - if you’ve been in the space, you’ve likely walked through one of their projects.

They need someone who can step onto site and own it from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead full site execution on $500K – $6M construction projects
• Manage all on-site operations for restaurants, bars, and high-end hospitality builds
• Coordinate trades, schedules, and sequencing in tight, fast-paced environments
• Work closely with designers, clients, and consultants to bring complex visions to life
• Ensure quality control on high-end finishes (millwork, feature walls, custom installs, etc.)
• Drive projects to completion on schedule, on spec, and on budget

• Have proven experience managing high-end interior fit-outs (restaurants, bars, hospitality)
• Understand the pace and pressure of downtown Toronto builds
• Know how to manage trades in tight spaces with zero margin for error
• Have a sharp eye for detail, finishes, and craftsmanship
• Can problem-solve in real time and keep projects moving when things get messy

Compensation & Structure

• Base salary up to $110,000
• Vehicle allowance
• Projects primarily located in Downtown Toronto
• Strong pipeline of repeat, high-profile work
