Site Superintendent – Commercial Construction

$100,000 – $125,000 + vehicle, gas card, benefits, RRSP

I’m working with a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial work throughout the Hamilton region.

They’re looking for a hands-on Site Superintendent who actually wants to run the jobsite - not sit in a trailer pushing paperwork all day.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running organized, productive sites, building strong relationships with trades, and keeping projects moving without constant oversight.

What They’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of Site Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Experience running projects in the $10M–$30M range
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, site coordination, and subcontractor management
• Ability to lead from the front and maintain accountability on site
• Commercial construction background is strongly preferred
• Local to Hamilton or within reasonable driving distance
